Our Corporate Employee Wellness Program. A Four-Level Corporate Teambuilding Series
For our clients’ convenience, the corporate employee teambuilding program is divided into four components.
The pre-program is a 15-day challenge. This helps organizations loosen up in these areas, get into a practice of a daily focus, and get started with some preliminary exercises.
Levels 1, 2, and 3 build upon each other. We begin with basics of alignment at Level 1, dig more deeply into these concepts by Level 2, and at Level 3, we are sailing down the final stretch of fully aligning ourselves to see and have the nerve to follow and fulfill our potential.
To gauge progress, we assess individuals along dimensions of work and general life contentment after each program using a survey tool developed by our social scientists. We administer a pre-test to establish a baseline. The same assessment is administered after each program to assess individual growth and satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
Pre-program. Basic Teambuilding Program
15-day Challenge
We begin with a basic teambuilding program, delivered either weekday only or daily for 15 days. The pre-program consists of focusing on one element of individual and organizational health per day. Characteristics are discussed briefly, given focus, and assigned to practice throughout the day. Examples are kindness, gratitude, and ego-reduction. The idea is to become more familiar with what the energy of each characteristic feels like by immersing in it for a full day. This also begins to develop a practice of intentional living.
